Keynote: “Hostage (Crisis) Negotiation and De-escalating Violent and Aggressive Consumers” by Alan J. Lee, Psy.D.

Alan J. Lee, Psy.D. is a Licensed Psychologist in New Jersey and New York who specializes in clinical and forensic psychological evaluations and hostage (crisis) management. Dr. Lee is experienced in working with children, adolescents, and adults in inpatient, outpatient, and partial-hospital mental health treatment, correctional, and legal settings. He has repeatedly and consistently been qualified as an expert witness in clinical and forensic psychology and testified extensively.
